Our Story
We came from Arcade.xyz, where we built institutional lending infrastructure for digital assets. We saw sophisticated tools for institutional capital formation — automated compliance, structured documentation, investor portals — but only for the largest deals and the most connected operators.
Meanwhile, search fund entrepreneurs were raising equity, finding great businesses to acquire, and then watching their deals fall apart because they couldn't close the capital. No institutional relationships. No placement agent willing to touch a $10M deal. No infrastructure to manage a capital raise professionally.
The Silver Tsunami is real — 2.9M+ retiring-founder businesses need new owners by 2035. Search fund activity is at all-time highs. Private credit has $1.7T in AUM hungry for yield. The capital is there. The deals are there. What's missing is the bridge between them.
